f you’ve got an upcoming deadline, it’s easy to get lost in applying too much force and/or feeling so overwhelmed that you become paralysed.
Yes, things most likely need to be done, but knowing which tasks to focus on and then completing them is so much easier when you’ve can let go of the stress and tension around deadlines.

These are slow, meditative releases, which might not make such sense if you’re not familiar with the Sedona Method. It doesn’t matter — you don’t need to understand how it works or why I’m saying what I am. Just sit back, enjoy and let the magic happen.
